At Health Drop Games LLC, we create fun, accessible games inspired by research on visual therapy techniques. Our titles are designed to support people with Amblyopia and Strabismus by encouraging visual coordination through interactive gameplay. Our mission is to make visual experiences more accessible and engaging for everyone.
Hi, I’m Trent Andrews, the founder of Health Drop Games LLC. Gaming has always been more than just a pastime for me—it’s been a source of connection, creativity, and inspiration.
At 11 years old, I was diagnosed with Amblyopia and Exotropia (Lazy Eye), a condition where one eye becomes weaker and the brain begins to rely more on the stronger eye, making it difficult for both eyes to work together. This can lead to challenges like reduced depth perception and visual coordination.
Because I was older than the traditional treatment window, my ophthalmologist told me and my parents that options were limited.
Today, I’m grateful for the opportunity to turn that experience into something meaningful—creating games that can help others in similar situations and make vision therapy more engaging and accessible. I truly believe this journey has been guided with purpose, and I give all glory to God for bringing this vision to life (Romans 8:28, Jeremiah 29:11).
In 2013, I came across research exploring how interactive experiences could be used to support visual coordination by engaging both eyes simultaneously.
This idea introduced a new way of thinking about how gameplay could go beyond entertainment and be used as a tool to help people. That concept stayed with me and eventually inspired the development of our unique approach to combining gaming with vision-based experiences.
Health Drop Games LLC was born from that inspiration. We aim to provide accessible and entertaining gaming experiences for people who may not have access to traditional visual therapy. Our games are designed with features inspired by research to encourage binocular gameplay and offer a unique, engaging experience.
